A workshop with Deborah Dillon
#IAmRemarkable
Recognise your achievements.
Practise talking about them.
Space to reflect on your contribution and explore what makes it difficult to speak about it.
Give your achievements a voice.
You can be good at what you do and still find it uncomfortable to say so. Perhaps you worry about sounding boastful, overlook your own contribution or hope your work will speak for itself.
In this interactive workshop, you will:
- Explore beliefs and biases around self-promotion
- Recognise achievements you may take for granted
- Practise speaking about your contribution
Open to everyone, including people from underrepresented groups and those who want to better understand and support others.
